Rear Shocks

Has anyone changed the rear shocks on their SE FATBOY? or had any experience with "Fournales" shocks they are made in France. Does everyone just run the stock shock? Are your roads that smooth you never bottom out & jar your spine?. I think the stock shock with one way dampening is f*@#$% (not very good)

Have not bottomed out yet. Then again I ride like I am at least twice my age. Charlotte drivers are the worste and I am gonna make sure one of em don't cream me!
