Does anyone run these on a completely stock bike? Please give your opinion if you have.

Yes, I put these in my stock '07 FXSTSSE.  They didn't make a huge difference in any way, but they helped with (1) the low-RPM roughness and "bucking" it had below 2300 rpm (but not as much as I wanted); (2) it runs a little bit cooler, as shown by the spark plugs--the electrodes are barely tan, as opposed to the pure white they were before the XIEDs.

The gas mileage hasn't changed much--still get over 50 mpg in 60-65 mph cruising.  All in all, they were a cheap and easy-to-install mod, but we can't expect miracles for that price.

If you have any more specific questions, LMK.
