rear jug
Oh No! Doesn't look good.
How many total miles/KM on the Springer?
Mine was just the rear and other stuff.

Good Luck with your dealer over there and have them get ahold of the factory/ Rep.

Don't let your dealer tell you that is normal.  i had mine tell me that the company considers what is seen in your pictures as 'weeping'.  they also said that even if they would like to do something about they can't without direction from the company  Good Luck

Make sure you get the latest revision gaskets, I think they are " Rev C " (4th time they have changed the design)

Never had the chirping.....

Richard
All they said is they had to order the head gaskets and they were SE multi layer. Don't know what that means but I'm out of warranty. So next problem will have to be a motor change.

HMMMMM. I had the upgrade done in Oct also, after about 1200 miles blew head gasket again and dealer was saying valve guide seals leaking again. Baisley says no suspects the rings also. Very interesting as that little german guy used to say on Laugh IN.

thats what the dealer said, how can it be the rings

my only guess would be to much pressure leaking down from the rings.

picked my bike up from the dealer an hour ago, no more leaks during the 6.5km ride home,  lol

they have replaced some leaking orings by the heavy breather air filter, cleaned off the grease from the belt, pulley, rear wheel n fender saying there was far to much smear grease there from the tyre change, cleaned off the seeping oil from both cylinders and tried to tell me it was just excess from the enhancement work but i have ridden 3000km since that was done, anyway i have booked my bike back in 4 its 24000km service in 2weeks time cus on saturday morning i am hitting the road on a 12day european jolly to the super rally 2009
from zurich switzerland to seinajoki finland, riding through gemany, holland, denmark, sweden to finland hoping to get up to Lapland,
then the ride home finland, sweden, denmark, germany, belgium, luxembourg, germany, switzerland.
overall more than 5000km, i will take a note everytime i fill up with gas leaking/not leaking.
