Mine should arrive at the end of October. Anxious to hear from other owners. My first softail - FXR's and Dynas currently.

What do owners like/dislike? Any problems or issues?

Hello to you, and yes I have a 06 SEFB. and I can't find anything wrong with it but the
stock seat. It's realy hard. I bought a sundowner for now, much BETTER,lol.
have been talking to some friends about getting the gel put in the stock seat.
Anyway, the bike is a blast to ride & looks super. Other than that seat it's not
much to say except you will love it.

Thanks for the input. I'm having a sundowner seat installed at delivery and will put the stock seat on the shelf in the garage. LePera should have some options for us by June, 2006. Any trouble scraping around corners with the stock suspension?

Hey there Bad B. I havn't had any trouble around conners, but I have noticed that
the bike doesn't like to go around them fast,lol. I guess it's the nature of the bike.
But it is a sweet bike to ride. I think the stock supension is just fine and it seems
nice and firm. Hope this helps.

got my fse2 oct 4 have about 500 miles on it no problem with scraping on turns but my old bike was a dyna lowrider that scraped on every turn got any pics of yours with ths sundowner seat i think thats the one i want to get

Sorry guys I cant seem to put up pics of my ride, I have satilite connection & it sucks.
Eather that or I dont know what Im doing,lol. I have the V&H Bigshot Staggered and the bike
doest scrape at all. As far as the seat goes its a little big but sure is comfy. Again Im going
to add gel to the stock seat soon, cause the stock seat looks big time better.

Bill I got my SE2 in September, I put V&H Big Radius on it and I love it.
I put the Sidekick Seat on with detachable low-med bar and it looks good.
the strap is a poor setup so I left it off. I have found no problems with it
other than the bars are too low, I am going to put custom T's on it. I will
also as soon as the budget allows extend the front forks to raise the front
end a little. Good Luck

I'm still looking for the damn camera. The pictures RTS posted are exactly what the bike looks like - it's even better in the sunshine. I picked the brute up on Veteran's day and coverd ~250 miles so far. I think you'll be pleased when your bike arrives.

I am impressed with the overall comfort and smooth handling - much better than my 1999 FXDX. My guess is the radial tires are working in our favor. The motor pulls like a freight train. I think I'll test the rev limiter on the ride home tonight.

there is really no big hurry to get down there, if its still rainning or snowing tomorrow they said they would trailer it to my house for me. so regardless it will be in my garage

I want to thank you for posting those pics of the copper/purple. I'm still waiting for mine, called yesterday, but nothing yet. I had been worried about that color combo, but after seeing these pics, I won't pass this one up. It's a hot looking paint job, will any of you be adding things like a 2up seat, windshield, saddle bags, passing lamps? These are all things I had on my 01 and plan on adding to this cvo.

Nice skooter man. I baught my bike and that same color hit the floor two days later. Took a bit to decide if I had made the right choice, but I love mine!

I put a two up Mustang Regal Duke seat on mine with the short detacheable sissy bar and some rear pegs, changed the look some but it is really comfy for long trips.
