You know that I was monitoring this thread, and was very jealous for the last month!  Andy and I are aching for a road trip because of you 2 and JC & Terrie's trip!

Chris and Anne, thanks for sharing your vacation with all of us.  It was exciting to follow your adventure each day.  So many of us are tied down with daily life that a trip such as yours is only possible through what you have shared over the past weeks.

Thanks again.

Outstanding ride report! Read it every day. Great photos. This is an example of how it should be done.

It's clear to me that some here came along after TV became common and popular.....

This "worthless without pics" kinda comments tells me some have a lack of imagination and never had to satisfy themselves with listening to a RADIO.......... >:(

Yeah........I know the phrase......" A picture is worth a thousand words",  but geeeeeez,  some of us ........older than dirt, can remember listening to a radio and being able to "imagine" the needed image.

Give it a try..........you might surprise yourself. :vrolijk17:

I don't think it's a matter of "lack of imagination".  I think it's more a matter of those that enjoy sharing their rides and journeys and those that appreciate actual photos of it vs.using imagination. :2vrolijk_21:

I'm a young 58 so no, I don't remember what it's like huddled around a radio using imagination.  Color TV came out in 1951 but I do remember black and white. :huepfenlol2:  My grandparents used to tell us stories about being huddled around the radio, but they've passed a lot of years ago.

It's 2009 and now we even have video cameras........let's see those clips! :2vrolijk_21:
