Where was the oil leaking from?  It may be a bad or blown shock.

It was coming out where the air-wire gets into the shock , it was loosely .
Flow down to the ground , about 3 spoon full oil , can`t say how much it was.

is the leak fixed now?  I can't remember how much goes in there but try checking the air pressure and then pump it back up to the desired pressure and check for leaks again.

I am sure one of these guys will know how much goes in the shock.

The dealer wants to check it out with the MoCo ( Mörfelden-headquarter in germany ) .the leak is no leak , it`s the hole for the air-pressure-hose , which was not fixed enough .

HMMM.   I think I would take it to the dealer and have them check it all over.  It sounds like it is still under warranty so I would let them do it.

Suck all the oil out with a vacuum pump.
Install 10oz of 10w suspension fluid. (not fork oil)
Road test and adjust air pressure.
Enjoy
