Hi New to the site and love all the usefull information. I never liked e RG before until I sat on it. I love the Street Glide but the Road Glide is way more comfortable. You can't beat the look of the SERG, they look like a custom bagger! Now the hard part, I need to sell my V-rod. Spread the word guys, help me out! Thanks

110" and 6spd must be nice! I can't believe how comfortable these bikes are. I thought of going the whole streetglide route with a 23" wheel, extended bags but by the time I'm done I should just buy the SERG. I have more into the v-rod than a SERG but I will have to take half of that in order to get into a new bike. I love the silver and the orange. Silver looks classy while the orange is loud. I likethe yellow but to me that one really stands out! I guess you can't go wrong with any of them. SE bikes are where its at. Nothing to do but a race tuner and a set of pipes and your done.

Welcome to the site Vrog. To sell you VRod, try starting a thread under the "Selling" board here. I sold my last RG on Craig's list. If those don't work, you can try somthing like this:

Ride a street glide or other batwing, then ride a road glide. You will know for sure the best ride is the Road Glide.

race tuner and set of pipes sounds good but you can never stop there, even on an se. haha

The removable TP
Three sets of headers
Three sets of mufflers
A PC
A SERT
A Zippers T-Max
PM calbers
PM brakes
I lost count of windshields
Front suspenion
Rear suspension
Different license plate bracket
True-Track
A Jim's 120 engine

True, you still have to make it your own. However I have spent alot less on this bike accessories than I did on my Fatboy.

Well I see where you guys are going with this LOL. I think its fair to say that any CVO bike is really a good bargain for what you get. They acome with chrome everything with the exception of the calipers. If you took any stock bike and added all of the chrome, paint and engine to it, you could not even come close to duplicating it.

Don't get me wrong........ If I end up getting one of these I'm sure its not going to be just a race tuner and exhaust. It will start with the license plate that you are all doing, maybe some Arnott air ride, procharger lol.... Its addicting I know.....

VROG, get the orange one, they are the fastest. I traded in FLHRC AE and don't think I'll ever get rid of my SERG, especially since this is the last year they are making them ever.

Update............ The v-rod is now gone. I almost pulled the trigger on a silver SERG but ended up buying a used 2008 SERK. I always loved the SERK but the back of the new SERG really had me hooked with the strecthed bags and LED's. However, I still can't adapt to the front end. I find my riding position very similiar between these two bikes.

Oh and my previous statement about exhaust anda racetuner and your done............ Well that was just a joke. I alreayd bought V&H Pro Pipe, PCIII, flush mount gas cap, trim rings, chrome swithch housing and a few more doo dads here and there and dropped close to another $1,800 in the last couple of days.

I have been reading all the threads on cams. Very interesting

I'm still biased to the SERG after trading in FLHRC on it, but if the SERK is the one that did it for you, that's what matters when buying a bike. Good luck with the two add-ons and then being done.

I'm Confused by your post? Are you looking for a V-rod? My friend will be selling his now, It is a duplicate of mine but the paint is HD Color Shop Red with Red ghost flames. We took it all apart and painted the frame to match.
