Bought a travel-size 4 oz bottle of the Bugslide which comes with a microfiber cloth in a plastic bag at the local Honda store.  $8.99 plus tax.  At home, I will continue to use the soapy rag soak, but the Bugslide seems to work well enough to keep in the saddlebag for travel.

use Castle window cleaner on the whole bike: paint,windshield,chrome   the best chrome cleaner ever,won't leave fingerprints for a while after use

Didnt look as bad as it smelled...buzzard chitnguts all over hot brakes... :o
