I haven't been here long....but I do know when you take a picture Larry B is right there looking at everything you have laying around and will question you about it.

Is there something you aren't telling us Larry???

Good job on the stereo, you never did say how it sounds??

Do the controls on the handlebar still work to control the radio?

I used the rockin rings from street star designs (loud lids) i installed 6 1/2's in my 09 serg. i have the same hawg wired adaptor with a kenwood head unit. also have the hawg wired direct connect amp. bike sounds great. You will have to modify the original speaker mounts. i merely ground down the mounting positions to make the rockin ring sit flat against the stock mount. after attaching the rocking ring to the stock mount. i mounted the 6 1/2 inch speakers. didnt take long to do. i just got my serg , i pulled all of my stereo stuff out of my 06 flhx street glide.
