Your right, adding all the goodies is always a must. Normally I just do minor stuff and take of anything that will work on the new bike. This year I left everything on the bike because my buddie was taking it. He paid me full purchase price for the GPS and all of the chrome goodies and I let him take it that way. If you play this game you have to realize that you really can't go overboard with the upgrades. I always take off the exhaust and air cleaner; however, I give the race tuner to the dealer so the new owner can tune it. In most cases I just lose the cost of the GPS fairing mount, race tuner and a few small items. I'm an gear head and playing with the bike is relaxing to me.

Anyone European/HDI rider know the following:
-Do the HDI model have Tour Pak lights?
-How about the rider backrest?
-What kind of mufflers? Tapered one piece or with separate tip?
-Mirrors?

It is assumed the bike is HDI because the left side muffler has such a tiny hole. However, it would be nice to get the lights finally also in Europe. Obviously, what I've written was true for all bikes through my 2009.  Maybe they've changed for the better. Would be a first, though.

I read somewhere, and for the life of me, I can't remember, that HD got approval to put the tour pak lights on the HDI models for the European market now.     Unfortunately, the SESG is a different story.  The HDI model of the SESG still has to have the center tail light and can't just use the filler strip LED panels...

My wife! Boubou) took these pics at the Rushmore civic center at Rapid City when we went at the bike week at Sturgis last month.
The 2010 cuse comes like that for the European market.
