Ups , sorry for my bad english .
A chrome one would be fine but ,
I have never seen it mounted on a bike and i do not trust whether it may touch the ground ( earlier than the stock one ) when hard riding a left hand curve . Anybody has a pic of it mounted and has experience when it touches the street ?

 but no joke , even my stock sidestand ( i don`t know what it could have been otherwise ) touched the ground twice while driving .  ???

I hit mine all the time. Even more when riding two-up. its helped when I put on the bitubos but still scrapes in a hard left hander. I think Hog sounds has one maybe he will catch the post.

The talon one I have on mine bike dose not scrape. It tuck right under the engine. I will post a picture today when I get back to the shop.
