Stopped by a little store for some Gatorade.  Noticed that they have some real dogs driving around this little town. ;D

The highway runs across the southern end of the park and through a tunnel that's the longest that I've ever been through at 1.1 miles.  But to really enjoy this park, you should take one of the free shuttle buses that run every five minutes.  You can get off at any of the stops and spend as long as you'd like, before getting on another shuttle.  The full loop is 1 hour 20 minutes.

By the way, these sun shirts that we bought with the vents under the arms, down to the wrists are super light weight and have worked really well on this trip.  Not a fashion statement but definately functional. :2vrolijk_21:
