You definitely need that with a BFH and a gas torch.  It's all about shop safety.

Anyone know for sure what size hole saw is needed to completely surround the old hinges for removal :nixweiss: ?

whut?   

Also have the cold chisel to cut the rivets off with once the section is removed the hole saw.  Just have to pick up the silicone adhesive to stick that round hunk back in the tour pak with.
