The 2010 103 LTD will hit the Dyno at Fuel Moto Early this coming week. He will do a base stock run and then install a heavy breather and the stainless Fuel Moto 2/1/2 header and carbon fiber Jackpot mufflers. Stay tuned! :drink:

When can we expect to read the report on installing and dyno testing the FuelMoto header?

I just got mine Dyno'ed yesterday.
Background: I had 10.5 pistons, springs, 263E cam, 58mm TB w/ hi flow inj. SEST installed at around 5000 miles. The dealer didn't have a download for the new cam but used one that came close. It ran better
stock but still disappointed in performance. Started looking for header pipe while breaking in the new parts before getting it tuned only to find that the headers (Fuel Moto) release date bad been pushed back. The dealer got a bike in with Fat Shots and knowing my disappointment, offered to put them on to see if it would help. it did. That was around 6500 miles, parts well broken in, but not wanting to Dyno till the head pipes came in. Now at 14000 miles I put the head pipe on and headed straight for RC Cycle in Hayward Ca. Having replaced the Cat with the new pipes, the motor was backfiring out of the intake, and I had my doubts that I would make it there.
Well Bob did a good job tuning it, without trying the front wheel got some air leaving the shop!
I was smiling all the way home despite the 42 degree weather!! :orange:

I just fitted these headers to my 09 CVO Ultra. I am running HD Street Performance mufflers. The difference between the stock headers and the Jackpots is amazing. Much better sound, much better performance and it runs cooler. I will have it dynoed soon to get the new power and torque numbers. The headers were shipped to Australia in 5 days and were easy to fit. The service from Jamie at Jackpot was excellent. I can recommend them.
