No Dave, 

       As the picture shows clearly, this is a straight stretch of Freeway / Highway 101 in Westlake Village, CA.  There is no left turn for several miles in either direction.  The sign is at the Northbound Westlake Blvd off ramp but there are many up and down the length of the road.  There is a 10-12 foot asphalt shoulder and I moved off that onto the gravel / dirt to take the photo.  We also had another couple looking out for safety.  Thanks for your concern, though.
