Tom, may hit 60 Saturday! You might be able to get the bike home, depending on what your local roads look like.

Craig

Rub it in a little more!  Ski in the a.m. and take a bike ride in the afternoon.  You guys are killing me! What then hit a hot spring for an evening soak?  LOL

Remember if you have adjustable push rods to pay a little attentin to them.  I did a 106 motor in a similar build for a pal...ran good, strong.
He beat like the florida marine beats his meat and never checked the pushies..he broke one... :-X

We kept the stock pushrods since the tank, rockers, and heads were pulled.

Picked her up today and holy smokes she passed the "seat of your pants" dyno with flying colors! I took highway 52 East to 85 South and let her rip while smiling from ear to ear! I can't believe the difference in power .... 0 to 90 in a heartbeat and pulls like a mule in 5th gear, no down shifting necessary to pass.

Now, with the detachable tour pak, the corbin "young guns" seat, the hawg-wired 300 watt "four in the face" audio system, and the engine mods, the bike is sweeeeeeeet! I highly recommend the 107CI conversion for any 103CI or 96CI 4.375 stroked motor. It is a fairly reasonably priced build.

LOL......So does the stereo keep up with you?

It probably felt like a new bike, eh?  Did you do anything else like a tuner or just the dyno?

Ok, thank you. I am still up in the air on what to do once I change out the exhaust. I have the SERT and am considering adding a TTS or something like that. Can't wait to hear more.  I am still looking around for that young gun seat.  It really looks great on that bike.

It has been awhile, but after getting advice on several forums, my 06 FLHTCUSE (103CI) is now a 107CI motor.
NRHS build - went with the following:

NRHS Stage 2 CNC ported TC 88 heads set to 87cc to achieve 10.2:1 compression (swapped out my 103 heads)
Andrews Hydraulic Cam Conversion Kit with Andrews 54N cams
Bored Cylinders to 3.938 and installed CP 107FT forged pistons
Changed out injectors to SE 4.89
Already had SE High Flow Air Cleaner and Rinehart True Duals with Performance Baffles
Dyno Tuned

Again I just want to thank all of you who contributed your knowledge and expertise in helping me make educated choices.

Thank You,
Tom

That looks like it'll be fun when you dial it on about 3000-4000 RPM!!
Hold on!

Mike,

You are right on ..... 2800rpm to about 4500rpm it pulls like a mule. Alot of fun to ride especially here in the high country of Colorado.

I forgot to mention that my numbers before the 107CI conversion were 77.9HP and 82.5TQ (SAE Corrected) with SEAC and Rinehart True Duals (stage 1). I Picked up 26.4HP and 29.3TQ (SAE Corrected) with the build to 107CI. It is unbelievable that moco's "flagship" model for 2006 (FLHTCUSE), with stage 1 upgrades, dynoed at 77.9HP and 82.5TQ. If I were the MOCO I'd be embarrassed!

WOW!  So maybe that is why I am just a little ahead of by buddy who is on a 2008 UC with the 96 C.I. HMMMMMMM.  You have me wanting to start playing with the motor.

Topper,

All I can say is the difference is amazing. The bike performs as it should have when it left the factory. I believe that as a result of all the EPA restrictions, the MOCO cannot produce a bike that has a true performance motor installed. If you go with one of the performance shops that have been listed in this forum you can really improve the motor for about half the price that the HD dealer would charge for a cookie cutter Screamin' Eagle Upgrade package. If you want some info and prices feel free to call me at 303-907-7158.
