Saddle Bags

What is everyone doing for saddle bags?    I currently have the stock pipes but am switching (most likely) to 2 to 1.

I had ordered the removable bags from HD, but they were tiny and looked fairly stupid on the bike (my opinion).   In an ideal
world I would like something large and easily removable.

Check out the pic on this thread.  Slick is using the $700 HD bags which are a real nice look for the SEFB.
