From AMA online:  CVO's on the drag strip.
« on: February 14, 2006, 09:15:44 AM »

The AMA online magazine has an article on drag strip testing of a CVO Ultra, Fat Boy and VROD Destroyer.  Entertaining.

Yeah, 'er 'uh, RedFXR2,
Good story!  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] Chitty time, though.  14 seconds, 90 mph.  I would have thought that 103 would run better than that.  [smiley=nixweiss.gif] Later--HUBBARD

I work too hard for my money to waste it on impressing others on a burn-out...however, when others are that ignorant or have some other agenda, let'em have it.  I will enjoy the view and laugh.

Thanks for the article. The journalist Bill Wood has 30 years riding experience??? By his article it seems like he's been riding for about a month. It seems like he's obviously never raced in competition. But maybe it's just the baby step description he gives.

Just my 2cents,

Grover

Won't ride mine like that but if the MOCO wants to loan me a bike, well then  "ride it like you stole it" might take on a new meaning!
