Installing Triple Tree cover kit

Hi,

just want to say I am new, happy, Convertible , orange/black version, user since 3 weeks and had before the CVO 2006 Vrod SCSE2 /240 rear tirr.

I just want to check /share with you experience installing the tripple tree cover kit 66053-01. According HD and the web side it should fit , but when installing it it seems it is to "long". and don't fit under the existing cover. Any suggestion or is some metal work necessary.

I don't think anyone is ignoring your Ernie..  I think no one has this mod yet thus the reason for the non interaction.
