Couple shipped and couple ready to ship.   This is a after install reply  ( Got the kit installed, and it works great.  Getting the pins out of the connector too some messing around with a paper clip, but got them out and back in, I see what you mean that the wiring of the pins was not logical, but with the information from the Harley kit I got it right.  The y connector plugged right in and worked first time up.  Thanks again)

Folks,

This is a must upgrade thanks to Jeff.  Got it operational and works great.  I will get a video up sometime tomorrow.  Couple of notes on the molex connector:

1. Don't forget to unlock the pins by pulling out the internal white plastic piece with needle nose pliers.  I forgot to do this and wasted 2 hours because of it.
2. Sewing needle or paper clip works great.  I filed the paperclip end to a point and worked like a charm.

Only other question I had for Jeff was at the 6-pin connector, the HD directions show 6 wires but you only have 5 wires to connect ... no white wire.

Again,  thanks Jeff ... I see loads of orders coming your way.

Works as advertised.  Thanks for the homework and effort to provide this kit for us Jeff.

One tip.  Regarding the rewire of the tourpack tailight plug that the module plugs into-you only have to reverse 2 ground wires.

One row of the plug has 4 wires-3 violet for run lights and a blue wire for brake lights-Leave all these wires alone.

The other row has 3 black wires and a white filler plug.  Remove the two outside black ground wires and swap them with each other.  Leave the white filler plug and the other black wire alone.  Now you are done and works as it should.

At first, I did nothing to the plug and hooked up and figured I would blow a fuse.  Everything worked but when you put either turnsignal on, the other would flash as well.  Basically when you swap the two end black wires, they are using the ground of the opposite end light to make everything work.

I wish   I could take the credit for this easy 2 wire swap, but looked in the SE service manual supplement and the instructions provided with the module did all the thinking/clarification.

Ok, I'm not sure I understand - I have been known to be thick at times.  Do the 2011 bikes have turn signals or just the run/brake lights?

If just the run/brake lights I may have to order one of these as soon as I get my bike.  I like the idea of having the turn signals up high on the tour pak.  It works with the stock LED's?

JDOFLHRIDER - Just wanted to say thanks for sharing this upgrade.  I purchased the module and made the Y connector.  Much better than the stock set up.  For the amount of time it took me to make the Y connector your price for the kit is very fair.  Not to mention the hour I spent trying to figure out the wiring to get the brake lights to work.   Thanks
