I will take delivery of my 2011 SESG end of September. I just sold my SG with three inch Rinehart true dual exhausts. Now I will be looking for a new exhaust on this bike. I do like the sound of the Rineharts..........give me some advice on what to put on this bike.........I have read about Fullsac, American Custom.......thanks

HDCTSS, the ECM was remapped using the TTS Mastertune product I bought from Steve Cole at Fullsac Performance. The product includes Fullsac's base map for their replacement cores that fit inside the existing muffler shells. Fullsac e-mails the base map and you use the Mastertune software loaded onto your laptop or desktop computer taken to your garage to hook up too your bike's connector to the ECM. The base map was also dyno tuned for use of a hi flow air cleaner, such as the one on the 2009 CVO Road Glide with the 110 engine. I am not that great with computers, but the software and the instruction manuals are pretty much all you need to do it yourself and then to further refine the base map using the software's V-Tune function. Installing the base map took me about 30 minutes as I want very slowly to assure I saved the original ECM map that the bike came with before I installed the dyno tuned Fullsac map. It was really quite easy. Just had to read over the instructions to make sure I understood what I was doing. Also, Fullsac is available by phone to provide support, if you have trouble with the ECM remap. BTW, I printed out all the TTS Mastertune manuals from the TTS website and found that very helpful. Those of you whom are considering or "on the fence" about the 4" Rineharts should definitely pull the trigger on these puppies! I just added them to my 2011 FLHXSE2 and man are they sweet! I have never heard a pipe sound better than these! They have a deep, DEEEP, bass-like throatiness that I can only compare to a race car. I had Rinehart True Duals on my 08 Road King and loved them, but they pale in comparison to the sound of these 4". I combined them with the FULLSAC X-PIPE (and SERT) and I'm completely blown away by the increase in power and performance. There are deals out there as these posts have shown, but they are on back order in alot of places. I have yet to see anyone else running these too, so everyone is amazed that I'm putting over 125 ft lbs of torque to the rear, as well as the wonderful sound from Rineharts. Pull the trigger and be amazed, trust me, I was!

I'm considering these as I want a bit more growl than my fullsac 2.25" baffles....does anyone know if the Rineharts would be any louder/deeper/meaner?

There are some sound clips over on hdforums, but I was hoping someone might have heard some in person.

I just put a set of 4" Rineharts on my 2009 CVO Road Glide.  They sound awesome!  One question though for you guys who have done the same.  Did you install the heat shields from your stock mufflers over your Rineharts?  Just thinking that the heat shields might be there to protect the extended bags.
