Front tire cupping
« on: August 21, 2010, 01:38:15 PM »

Anybody else having this problem at 7200 miles?  Rear tire is wearing even.  Going to replace them with the avon cobra, hopefully will have better results.  Called the shop he said low tire pressure and can't do anything about it. Checked pressure, just a few pounds low.  Called Harley, they said I have to rely on what the shop says.  What a drag, I guess its time to smoke the that tire.

That's what gave me the reason to check mine, since I also heard about the problem.  My buddy just had his replaced on his '10 roadking, shop said it was covered on a replacement program.  Told Harley they also need a program for the '10 cvo convertible.

I am at 5300 on my FLSTSE and the front tire is cupping and I can easily hear tire noise at low to moderate speeds.
I have checked my pressure and has been good every time!
I am living with it until the tire is shot and will switch to Metz!
