Nice photo, location - bike - jacket too! I'm jealous, will have to settle for New England's fall foliage colors again this year. Not sure if we will get the brightness and the variety of colors due to the dry conditions we had all year. I definitely want to retrace a route I took with my truck through Cody Wyoming and into Yellowstone. Out to Estes park and then to Glacier National park. I could be a full time tourer or product tester, I just need a sponsor or money. Seems simple enough & I'm a simple enough person.

Hi Neil - hope everything is well with you and Sue. We had a great summer trip into Europe with about 2,500 miles of fine sunny (feckin hot actually) weather and 10 miles of light drizzle. Took in the European HOG Rally in Lugano, Switzerland and spent about 10 days riding in, around and over the Alps and The Italian Dolomite mountains.

We are still planning on another big hit ih the USA in 2013 and planning will probably start next year.

If you need a place to stay in the area, east of the Grand Canyon, I HIGHLY recommend the Cameron Lodge in Cameron, AZ.

I sure miss that "feeling" when your in the wind and your off to the next adventure. The insurance company is coming through and the bike is being fixed in Ohio and I have another trailer on the way. I'm thinkin by December Terry and I will be back to normal and all the toys will sitting back in the man cave. Doc

Good news. You were both very lucky (as I'm sure you realize), and that just adds to my bad feelings of riding those interstates. I just put 2600 miles in on them and although it's the only way to make good time, it's not the best riding. They can go from 75 to a parking-lot in a moments notice. Get all well and make another trip soon. spyder
