Finally i got my bike delivered.I ordered a concord purple canyon copper combination but this is what they brought in.I was disappointed first but after seeing the bike i decided to keep it.This one is the only one in Turkey in any color combo.The bike looks much better than photos.
So Laides and Gentlemen allow me to introduce the very first nebula yellow and cobalt blue of our community!!!!!

That is a nice looking bike - I really like the way the look changes completely from the rear and from the side [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Got to do something with that "sail" on the rear fender though

Your absolutely right about the sail.This is the standart licence plate in turkey.Iwill order a nice backplate and get an illegal one done lol. [smiley=drink.gif]

Great looking scoot.

I never liked sailing myself, always enjoy being where I want to go ather than getting there, and we complain about how our plates look in the states.

OMG!!! That bike is a show stopper!! Makes my heart jump and I'm a bagger guy... [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]congratulations... you've got a keeper there.
About the license plate... maybe you could make it a lay down plate with a spring loaded release so it could act as an air brake when you want to slow down

I've seen the Purple Copper combo but wasn't as impressed as I am with yours. Yours is a great looking scoot. Congratulations and be safe.

Thank you all for great comments and compliments.I am in breakin in process and i made a mere 120 miles today.The weather is around 43F now so its still kinda too cold to ride for too long especially around and after dusk. I love the bike and it gets better after about every 60 miles or so.I had a sportster 883 custom and this one is a totally different bike and im loving it.I was cruisin at 60 miles on the highway at 5th gear and it was revving around 2000 rpm lol.I try not to surpass 3000 rpm-60 mph barrier.Am [ch305] correct doing this?How long would it take to break it in.Is it 1000 miles?
I will try to post some pictures of my rides but im waiting for the weather to get a bit warmer.Anyone got more pictures of their rides?I would love to see them.
When the breakin will be done i will really ride it like i stole it.We have a highway that isnt screened by cops during the winter and spring months so we will see how fast this boy will go.Sportster was able to pull about 170 kmh - 100 mph.New one should be able to go faster. Tankerpig the pics were taken by the dealer to show the bike to his brother.They collect cars and bikes and he immediatly wanted mine lol.Fatboy infact i am going back today to install some stuff that i already ordered while waiting.I will have to wait a while before doing the engine mods we discussed because i am absolutely broke by now.How is your bikes performance after you have completed your upgrade? Did you feel a big difference?Any numbers on hp-torque gains? By the way i heard that your going for broke again cause your better half is into a seuc!!!!I cant decide if your lucky or not hehehehe.But for sure it would be fantastic to have a cruiser and a tourer at your disposal in the garage without the wife nagginglol [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

By the way i started a new topic today about some parts that wont fit 06 sefatboys.Any solutions apreciated.On sunday ill go riding with some friends ill post more pics of the ride than.I couldnt ride today i spended all day at the repair shop lol.

Hard to get bikes here are harleys.The distrubutor doesnt carry too much stock so you either order and wait or buy whats there.The main dealer in istanbul usually dont have more than 10-15 bikes in stock at any time. [smiley=drink.gif]

Thanks for the compliments.You know i waited too long eh?I ordered Thunderheaders yesterday.I also bought a football shape aircleaner with flames on it.I saw it on someone elses post a while ago i really liked it.What aircleaner would you advise for me to get?By the way thanks a lot for letting me know about Chicago Harley.I really made a lot of savings.Legal Tags here are huge so thats why everyone reacted.But you can get an illegal one done like the American size and noone seems to care.We have to wear helmets here and cops are a bit strict about it.How bout down under?Any helmet enforcement?
