I'm doing a rebuild on my 08 fatboy and I'm down to picking out bar. I want to put ape hangers on so if anyone has any pic's that could be posted I would really appreciate it.

The only years that the CVO Fat Boys were made were 2005 & 2006.
You list a 2008 CVO Fat Boy in your avatar, there is no such model.

I don't think he's saying it's a cvo in the avatar that's just the way it lists it. Notice he just says 08 copper fatboy and doesn't list it as say a flstfse or flstfse2.

Nvthis you can check out the links titled (handlebar decision drivin me nuts & finally some decent pictures). There are a couple of cvo's with ape hangers. Hope this helps. I would check into yaffee monkey bars they are awesome IMHO. Not the bagger bars just the regular bars.

Sorry. My mistake. When I noticed he was asking about a 2008 Fat Boy on the CVO forum, I figured he put the wrong year down.

No problem Tom, but the good news is Paul Yaffe from Bagger Nation is making me a custom set of Monkey bars and I could not be happier.

this this pic's are 17" Carlini Evil Bars and I have on order a set of 16" Paul Yaffe Monkey Bars. I will put both set on and the make up my mind. The build is almost done. The Yaffe bar are 6 weeks out.

I need to lift my bars just a bit but don't want to go as far as new bars. The dealer fitted 4" risers then realised they wouldn't allow for the tacho so I put it back to original . I'll post this as a new thread (sorry for the hijack) but thought you might have some ideas. Thanks. (2005 CVO Fatboy)
