Apparently she was... but not nice enough to marry!

Good thing we still have our memories... that's not cheating is it?

May the spirit of Christmas mess with each and every one of you.  Sitting here laughing til my eyes leaked and it's your fault.

Ok, it's not all your fault.  But you helped.  About an hour ago was on my way to the local Episcopal Church to see Parker do her Acolyte thing for Christmas Eve services.  About a mile from the church a kidney stone starts moving around.  Little thing is a bad one too.

So I stumble in, lean against a wall to catch my breath and walk on in.  The Priest sees me and comes over.  Puts his hand on my back and asks what the problem is.  Tell him it's a stone.  He offers that look of recognition.  He's a member of the club.

Then he asks if he can anoint me.  Next thing I know my forehead has been dabbed and he's saying something about may God assist in the voluminous expression necessary to assist the body healing and expelling the kidney stone.  I thank the Father dearly for his thoughts and his kindness.  But as much as it hurts I can't help but giggle about the whole scene.  Now you guys do this.  Maybe it's the hydrocdone I popped a few minutes ago.  But I love you guys.  And Father Frank.  And Firedood.  And even people that ride old beat to chit Hondas.  I love everyone.

Merry Christmas to all and may I wizz a rock.  I hope you all get more than a rock in a sock.  May Santa bring you all joy and good cheer.  And may the weather be great for riding all year :drink: !
