AK's saddlebag latches appear from 2 of the photos to be different.....the one on the left having a red reflector and the one on the right 'all chrome'.  Am I seeing this wrong in the pictures or is this some new assemetrical form of customization that hasn't moved East yet?  [smiley=nixweiss.gif] har!  spyder

I guess I noticed it because it looks so good w/o the reflector....just all chrome.  8-) I think Arlen Ness has a all-chrome latch that is about the same shape.  Might have to see how many 'tokens' they want for those puppies.   har!  [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif] spyder

It was good to see Andy (AK) smiling again and riding his SEEG after waiting months to get it back!  Still a little bit left to do on it but but the grin said it all!

Spyder......look at Jim's (hd-dude) bike......I think he has those saddle bag latches that you're talking about.

Jim's look like the different shaped billet ones that Harley sells........the Ness latches seem to be about the same shape as the stock HD ones w/o the reflectors and, of course, the requisite Ness shield trademark... ....har!  spyder

SPYDER-Good catch on reflector 5 olive story on my dealing with dealership . No rain yesterday so rode seeg had a great time with fella,s. Mudglide stayed home bug collection in tack, 2000 eg has seen snow,mud,sand,tar,etc..-AK

Hi YaAll, it was a beautiful saturday, where were you. I thought I was going to meet a few more fellow OCDers.... I guess the guys I met at Jims a week or so ago are the real mcCoy. Anyway, Jim, Andy, Don, Ernie & Barb, and JC just wanted to say thanks for making me feel like a equal some of the time. Just kiddin, its my bike that has the problem,( it thinks its a blacksheep CVO morphadite thing or something...) Looking forward to getting together with all of you for another ride, real soon.
