I've hit three with cars.  2 in broad day light, 1 at night.  2 dead, one got up and ran away.  Only one did damage to the vehicle.  I Avoid driving on backroads on the bike at dusk and shortly after.  I've heard guys say a horn doesn't work but I'm a STRONG believer in it.  I've seen deer on a collision course with me turn and go in the other direction when I lay on the horn.  I use it if I even SEE them near the road regardless what direction they're going in.
