I'm a newbie for sure. First HD; purchased a 2009 SERG orange and black

I did a seach and found some answers but wanted to check to see if there is an easy way for me to use earbuds with the existing HK unit. Is there an EASY way for me to install a 3.5mm socket. I don't need to mute the external speakers; but that would be ok too.
