LOVE this ride!! unbelievable gobs of torque. My wife loves the new(compared to our old 2006) chasis - the ride is much,much better. She keeps palying with the heated seat since it's been a cool spring so far and she has an ear to ear grin everytime we go out for a ride

Dissapointed that the Ultra CVO did NOT come with the BOOM speakers

Already added the fronts, rear to be put in soon. Would really like to add the IPOD interface but two dealers I spoke to will not do it because of warranty concerns and I will probably wait a while and see if mother Harley will come out with an updated harness for it. If not once the warranty expires I'll do the work myself. The wife still insists that the bike is BLACK with BLUE flames -- but I know better.

Dad loves it! Mom does too, but she won't admit it. She says it is a much smoother ride than the regular ultra. They love the heated seat and grips. And I'm kind of jealous of the remote locks!

Beautiful bike but I cannot understand why the MOCO didn't add some flames to the paint on the trunk. It just looks so plain and aftermarket. That was the major complaint I received on my 2010 before getting it repainted.

If they are still producing the Red/Black SEUC6 then I would assume the Ser. # will be mixed with the Blue/Black.

Pretty sure I have an 2011.5 but checking with you all to make sure. Purchased on 6/04/11 in Boise at Hi Desert H-D and they tell me they just got it in on the 2nd. Listing last 5 digits of the vin. 60422. Will pickup tomorrow after adding new pipes and remap. Put 243 miles on it this weekend though and a happy camper. Dig how the twilight comes out in the bright sun and the cobalt rocks.

Yep, it's a 2011.5. (Actually, they're all 2011s. We coined the phrase 20XX.5, when the crimson/black came out mid-year last year)

They didn't make the blue/black the first half of the model year. Welcome to the site, let the spending begin.

Thanks SBB, I'll need to get back to you onthe intro. Put almost 3,000 miles on over the last 2 weeks and enjoying the company of family on vacation. I work in Iraq 11 months out of the year and actually trying to take time out to see them all this go around.
Last 4 of my VIN is 0422 which doesn't seem to jive with the others I'm seeing on here. Could Harley have come up with a different VIN scheme? Cheers and back later on.

I'm glad your getting your 2011.5, What jax dealer are you getting it from? I got my 2011 in January, from Orange Park. Great people to deal with. I have changed the exhaust (Fulsac x pipe & 2" baffles ) & removed the lowers to cool down the bike. It runs alot cooler & the performance is great over the stock exhaust.

Danner, were you able to bolt everything up without any issues on the Fullsac X header? No problem on the muffler mod?

I didn't think about it I guess and bought the Rinehart true dual setup, Ness Big suck and then a stage 1 remap. It sounds great at full song but now after doing some reading I'm thinking I might go the same route including the 2" baffles. For a touring bike the Rineharts are just a bit loud so the 2 inch baffle should quiet it down a tad without being too mellow. Plus there's the scavaging effect with the 2-1-2 set up. Not sure if I'll mess with cams this early in the game but if they don't kill the engine warranty I might consider it.

Veego, yes the Fulsac is an easy bolt on,& the baffle installation is also easy. I'm completely happy with the 2" baffles. Great sound & performance. It is alot cheaper than the higher priced exhaust & you''ll get great performance for the price. Fulsac also gives CVO forum members a discount.

Danner, I'm picking it up from the Orange Park location. They went out of there way to meet the best price I found elsewhere and get the bike quickly. Glad to be buying locally as I know I'll get better warranty treatment should I need it. Charlie in parts fired up a CVO with V&H X-Pipe and 4" exhaust and I really like the way it sounds, so that's probably the route I'll go. Hope to see you around Jax also.

BIG BLUE IS ON THE ROAD IN OZ.... My last four Digits are 0572... Don't know if that is relevant to your list, as I am a different prefix of 5HD1 for Australia... Sunshine Coast, Australia (about dead in the middle of the east coast on the Pacific rim...

A few things different on the International Version, for one, my Pannier LEDs do not wrap, stopped by this trim (soon to go missing) and stainless instead of LEDs on the bottom.

LOL, I wasn't even thinking about it being as being an actual sales ad (which of course it is), I was using it to just show off the bike color and features. Would really like to find a separate video showing off the bike without all the sales hype but with my download speeds here it takes like 30 minutes to load that 2 minute video. No problem dumping this one or if there are others that show it off.

Now that didn't make any sense did it. I listed it as a "sales video" but then I say I was using it for display purposes. Hmmmm

Not even sure who the dealership is (wasn't paying attention to that aspect) but going for features presentation.

We have two "Gold Sales" Dealers here in Alaska and my dealer said pretty much the same thing... 990 Reds and 990 blues. And they were sure to tell me that a little over 300 each went overseas. The "Gold Sales" dealers will usually be the first to get the CVO Ultra Classics and will never have more than one on the floor at any given time. Once their premiere is sold, they are often asked if they think they can sell another, and if so, they usually get another one to put on the floor. I know of only (3) of the Blues in Alaska... I have one, a fellow in Anchorage has one, and back in June the third was still on the floor in Anchorage... most of the time, the Alaska bikes are picked up from outside sales, so it's kinda rare to see someone else riding the same bike. My dealer had the Red one on the floor for quite some time, and almost as soon as I noticed it was gone, the mid-year Blue came out and that was all it took to empty my pockets.

I know there are about 6 in Australia, but I have not seen any... Mine is the best I have ever owned, smooth smooth smooth... This is my second 110 c.i. and this one is just magic. Happy on the low end chugging around smooth, happy to cut loose on the high end...

I just keep adding chrome to her she is so good. Besides LEDs for Headlights, windscreen trim and indicators, LED tail light, passing lights, LED mirrors, besides all that, I have added blue LED strips up under the tank up in the tunnel on a flat spot.. It illuminates the chrome inner primary and chrome bolts sets like magic.. Here, Smokey Mountain, I keep dolling her up because She is so good... 10,000 kms in 6 months. I rode the 11.5 SEUC today for 200 miles thinking the entire time, What a great bike!
Got home, jumped on the 12 SERG and thought, this bike is totally different from the SEUC but what a great bike!
