Fuel Range Function

This function has worked before on my 2011 FLTRUSE but not now. I have tried holding in the function switch as per the owners manual but no luck.

 whats not working /you push the button on side of speed a couple times and comes up

It isn't there. The total miles, trip A and trip B is all that comes up. :-\

pull the main fuse for 5-10 minutes and see if the ecm resets itself?
