I'm putting together a Road Glide CVO/Champion Trike and have been kicking around some gearing ideas.  I've already changed the transmission pulley to a 30T, now I'm trying to decide what size rear tires to use.  With the changed gearing if I use 205 X 60 X 15 tires 3000 rpm works out to be 72mph.  If I use 205 X 70 X 15's 3000 rpm = 76.4mph.  I'm not used to the power that you get from the 110, and my normal cruise will be around 65 - 70.  I almost always ride double, combined weight around 350.  Which tires do you think I need?
