rear turn signal relocation

Just bought some Willy & Max bags and ghost mounting  brackets for the SEDeuce. I need to find a rear turn signal relocation kit to move them back to make the bags fit perfect. Anyone know the simplest and the best ones to get? Your input is welcomed here.
