Destination-----> Metal Dragon  California
It may not show but this bike is completely loaded for Tahoe.
No snow chains though.   :o

 :oops:  Is this the same Chip who gave me so much grief for shipping my bike to Atlanta so that I could ride the Southeast for two weeks?    :nixweiss:   :nixweiss:  The one who claimed a "real rider" would ride across the country?    :nixweiss:  :huepfenlol2:   :nixweiss:   :huepfenlol2:  Looking forward to seeing you in Tahoe, Chip!

Speaking of which, locked and loaded in Tennessee:

Pre and that's why we are still here. I have a Turbo II now and the BSR likes the added room, but I still miss that old one. Remember this what a hoot that was getting it ready for the Sedona GTG.  Doc

Who did the eagle on the trailer Twolane?

Pinstripe guy who was working the rally in Hot Springs, AR the year a bunch of us met there for our own GTG while the rally was going on.  No idea his name but have seen him on the rally circuit for years all over the midwest.

I had the trailer painted the solid red.  He did all the graphics and striping on the sides and on the lid.

The guy did a nice job.  It's a near dead on mirror image from one side to the other and he free-handed the whole thing.  Don't remember the guy spending more than 90 minutes on the job even with stopping to talk with others asking about work.

Only thing I added after the striping and graphics was a gold door edge molding along the bottom and wheel wells.  Just noticed the molding was not there yet in the first picture with the SEEG but is there in a later picture with the SERG.

If it won't fit in these 2 big saddlebags, I don't need it. Across the street or across the country.

Every hotel has a laundry. All I need a 4 days worth of clothes, rain gear, long johns, cold weather jacket, light & heavy gloves, facemask, a toothbrush, a razor, sunblock, a big bottle of Advil, stuff to clean the bike with, and some basic tools.

.

I am totally amazed at how much your "CVO" looks like my wife's Kingpin with the Layman Pitboss conversion.
