Funny thing is for years she wanted no part of riding her own bike.  Around 2004 I just quit asking her about it.

In March of 07 she tells me she signed up for the MSF class.  She got her first bike April 14 2007, a 883 low, Seven weeks later we did a 2500 mile round trip on the bikes to Key West.  She had 24K plus miles on the 883 in Jan of 09 when we traded it for the heritage.

She got her MSF instructor cert in March of 09, three weeks before the four year point her her being a motorcycle rider.    In four years and five months she has rode over 100K.

I'm pretty dang proud of her.  I'll trust riding with her more than most any one else.
Very impressive.  I know why you're proud of her accomplishments.  :2vrolijk_21: spyder

Okay, this is going to be a story of change.  This was the last night for the doomed Goldwing, destined to be traded in at LA Harley Davidson, in South Gate, CA.

My buddy Skip owns the Chevron Station in Grover Beach.  If you get down that way, stop in and tell he or Gerri Ken sent ya..  He's got an '07 Ultra.  We'll be riding to Reno, leaving tomorrow.

Skip is helping cinch the straps, making sure she's good en tight.  Friends like this are rare and a blessing.

One more, with the CVO in the mirror, headed back North on 101 to Arroyo Grande.  The next day, I had a great ride back to San Jose.

Heading out to Nawth Geeaw-juh outside Hotel in lagrange,
bikes look cleaner than they were, pretty filthy, Notice I'm up
and running and loaded up first, (a first by the way)

This is after the "day of the pissing cows rainstorms"
which took a half day out of the trip if not more...

Okay, one more for the trip to Reno last week... 8)  This one was taken just as I was getting ready to climb on and take off!  Picked up new luggage in Reno too.
