what a awesome time -- thanks to all for the input and friendship
we just got home  - from a trip lasting 9308 miles
America is the beautiful -- HOT , cold , windy , clean air , not so clean , but BEAUTIFUL
34 days and only had to endure 4 1/2 hours of rain total -- WOW

Great pictures and I am so regretting that we didn't hook up with you all in Tahoe. Riding the east side of the Sierra Nevadas was a good ride but wish we could have gotten over the top and made it to Yosemite. Fantastic photos and looking forward to making the trip next year.

For those so inclined, after the Redwoods GTG Ca36 runs from Fortuna to Red Bluff, Ca. (or to Fortuna from Red Bluff and I-5)  Need I say it.....it's 140 miles on constant twisties and it will wear you out!   :bananarock:
