The SEEG stereo system cannot be upgraded to include CB, intercom or even rear speakers.  You might consider an aftermarket CB like the units sold by J&M. It's either that or replace your unit with one from an Ultra as well as the wiring harness, etc.

We installed the J&M CB on a buddies 03 SERK.  The main unit fits on the handle bar near the clutch and can interface with radio, mp3, cd etc.  It turned out to be a very slick unit and works well.  The installation took about 4 hours and the unit comes complete execept antenna (for CB which you can order from them) and helmet speakers.  The unit also includes intercom capabilities.
