That's a grand idea.  As inner primaries are off over time will use an indelible marker on the side of the engine cases.   That should live for a long time  :2vrolijk_21: .

You think we could get a signing session put together for MV this year, lol.  I for one would be honored to have you sign my bike.

You know Don I'm not kidding here, I am really thinking maybe this wouldn't be a bad Idea. I would love to have sigs from quite a few members here on one of my bike parts, I'm thinking the side cover.

You are an ordained minister afterall.   :huepfenlol2:

Forgot all about that.  The Right Reverend of the Left Lane of the Universal Life Church.  Actually ordained now in two great Congregations.  Joined as an ordained member in the Church of the Latter Day Dude sometime back when a couple friends that (for reasons I never quite understood) are cult-like followers of "The Big Lebowski" wanted someone to marry them.  The title after ordination in that Congregation isn't nearly as exalted as the older honorific though.

To get things back on track with this thread though; maybe from now on whenever I marry someone I should get to sign the bride in some hidden and obscure place :nixweiss: ?

That's an even grander idea Roy.  Inside of the tour pak lid for those with tour paks?  Pick your mates and hand out pens.  We don't need no stinking Harley signatures when we've got each other :2vrolijk_21: .

'Splain to me the dogma of the Church of the Latter Day Dude...if it's  :drink: :drink: and debauchery, I'm all in and would like to unofficially join.  And, can we have a "service" in the parking lot at Maggie Valley?  But I ain't tithing, though I might put something in the plate if it's passed around, or if there's already something in the plate that's being passed around.  Puff, puff...pass the plate...

No no no no no Grasshopper.  Full on debauchery would take way too much effort for a true proponent of Dudeism.  Dudeism is much more mellow.  Though it is ok to say f$%* and other expletives a lot.

If they were really proud of their work, why did they hide the signature?

Maybe the thread was premature, since it hasn't been confirmed that each/most were signed.  V-Rods would be easiest to check, it would seem; so I'll check each of mine this weekend.

Are you a dealer or just collect bikes?

Jerry, seems like it was kind of a personalization thing from the person on the line that would sig and add a sort of an easter egg for those that purchased their work....I think
