Is this a BCM problem?

Red indicator light comes on. ( Was told by dealer fob is out of range ) it's not. Also gas gauge says empty and DTE comes on with I think it says letter ' r '' or something. Doesn't do it all the time though. Anyone else have this issue? I'm taking it in next week.

once the dealer hooks it up to the computer, hopefully all will be revea ;Dled
