rear shocks

I now hve a 2011 fltruse. I got 20g for my 2004 cvo elecroglide with 50 k on it.   I got some progressive 940s what is the torque value for top and bottom for shocks????????

 Wow, $20k for an 04! Was that a private sale, or a stealer?
I just saw an 05 Yellow Electroglide for sale at a dealer here, and their
asking price was $19,900! Oh it had a chopped tour pak, and LOT's
of extras, and ONLY 9675 miles on it! As a matter a fact, looked a lot
like Mr. D's

Dont have a 11 touring service manual, but, my 09 shows 35-40 ft lbs.  Seems it would be the same?
