This is the short model isn'it?  Are they so compact to be stocked in one saddlebag?

Yes, the detachable Stealth rack fits inside your saddle bag, as long as you allow full depth.  Not so for the detachable backrest...

I have the detachable backrest and stealth rack on my 2009 SERG. Never tried to put either in my saddlebag though.

It could be a good think to stock these parts in the saddlebags, to avoid them to be stolen, when the bike is parked... You understand what I mean?

Yes, I Know that part. There is a locking system on the HD website, faster to use, with a key.
I love the sleek side of the Glide, that's why I prefer to remove these items when it's parked.
