I- Pod locking up when starting engine and switching songs

Is anyone experiencing this on the 2011's. Being of the generation that electronics despise I don't know if its the I-pod itself or if its the radio. I don't have another  i-pod to trouble shoot it so if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it.

Mine has done it a few times, it's got to be in the programming
I'll change songs and the display doesn't change title but the song does
or it delays.

mine did it every time i turned off the bike at the beginning i downloaded to disc the latest software i think it was ST10 ver 8.25 and reloaded it into the radio head unit and has only frozen up maybe twice in 7000 miles also make sure u have a good connection at the ipod that can move around when opening and closing the bag

Things I have had to buy because of this site 2.0 fullsac baffles, PV tuner, glare polish, floorboard extn, clearview w/shield, locking lower doors, motorcycle armour, bass ports in tourpac, Iron aces mount for Power Vision Tuner V&H Power duals
and not close to finished!!!

Hook the ipod to the puter and do a reset. it will erase your songs but you can reload from your playlist

Thanks guys. Checked the version on the radio and it was up to date so I did a reset on the iPod and it seems to be working fine now.

Locks up in my Jeep once in a while too......reset the I-pod, and it's good for a few months.
