I would say first check your bike's alignment. Your engine, tranny and swingarm are
bolted together and they are rubber mounted in the frame. If your engine to swingarm is not straight in the frame it will pull to one side. My alignment was off a lot and I also had a lot of bagger wobble and it pulled to the right.
 Once I had the bike tracking straight it does not pull at all.
BananaMan, what did you end up aligning?  The motormounts don't have adjustments , do they?  Was it wheel alignment of motor/tranny alignment?  spyder

Depends on how old the bike is Spyder.  On yours, mine and Marks there is an alignment accomplished through proper torque of the pivot shaft and adjustment of the top and front engine stabilizers.  On the newer bikes it's all fixed.  So no alignment with the new frame but alignment possible on the old ones.

Yes.  They work like a turnbuckle to shorten or extend.  Will see if I can find a picture.....
