Having a BIG BLUE CVO Ultra,
It says it does not fit with the Zumo Navigator......

However, I have a 7 3/4" Klock Werks windscreen with a lip turn forward reverse curve at the top and a little more center crown curve up, and it not only looks really good, but also works really well...  Mine is tight on the left hand corner of the Zumo, but the Zumo still clicks out, and the whole thing works like it was made for it...

Best of luck..  Cowboy in Oz...

It sure looks a lot like KlockWerks Flare w/s, and costs about the same.  Maybe HD licensed it from KW like they've done with other products.

Cowboy is your Zumo a 550 or 660? Noticed it said: Fits '96-later Electra Glide®, Street Glide® and Trike models. Does not fit with zumo 550 GPS Navigator, Windshield Bags or Pouches.

I have a 550 and 660 Zumo and the 550 is fatter and I thought taller, so I'm just wondering if the Zumo 660 which came on my 2012 Ultra would fit??? :nixweiss: I'll probably go with my Clearview shield with euro lip that's as effective as a standard 2" taller windshield. Also I was told Chip found an adapter that plugs in to navigator interface and allows the zumo to swivel which helps viewing. That may allow it to get far enough away from windshield. I need to confirm with Chip and where he got that from. :2vrolijk_21: I will also check out your Klock Werks windscreen. The new harley shield looks OK but I thought it was a little pricey...no surprise! :D

Now you got me, dunno what Zumo this is...   :nixweiss:

It says "Road Tech" on the front, and measures 3 -3/8" high by 5 -1/2" wide   :confused5:

Well that looks like it... I am about 99% sure...  I am showing 7 -3/4" above the windscreen rubber seal, so it could easily be a measure of 8.5" overall with the mounting bit that goes down in...

I do not have record of what model..  But yes, that looks like it, and overall it is probably called the 8-1/2"....  As to your 2012, mine is a 2011.5 and I do not think the fairing has changed, so while I cannot match model numbers I think THAT is IT, and it works well.  It just touches the Zumo on the left hand back corner, but the Zumo still clicks out and back in just fine, and the screen works really well as if it were designed just for it...

I am 6'1" and it is about bottom of my nose high and I look over the top to be in the wind a little.  A bug committed Hari-Kari this morning, a fat juicy one, and the overflow splatter just caught me with a little drop of bug goo in the right hand lens of my glasses.    :zroflmao:

That is the first in 4300 kms with BIG BLUE in the last 7 weeks.

Also I was told Chip found an adapter that plugs in to navigator interface and allows the zumo to swivel which helps viewing.

More info/pics please!

Maybe Chip will see this when he gets home from MV and post. If not I will PM him because it is hard to see navigator with glare and wearing sunglasses! 8)

Harley has "ADAPTED" 2 Technologies;

1. Klock Werks- the contoured top that adds downforce to counter act the lift created by the batwing faring.
http://www.kustombaggers.com/Klock-Werks-85-Flare-Windshield-detail.htm?productId=-292632&catalogId=-1790&fpg=1

2.Clarks- Extended to hear the speakers better.
http://www.customflhtwindshields.net/1egmarwindshield.htm

I owned the Clarks and it worked very well, I am going with the HD on the 2012 SEUC7 because it has this feature.

The best of both, it appears HD paid attention!

Exactly, those extended edges are what I like about this new HD model, I just hope the extended part has some rubber edging not to scratch the paint on the fairing part underneath.
My friend has HD's 7" wind splitter, it came with the Klockwerks sticker on it, but I get too much wind in my face at that height, I'm 6' tall so I need a higher version.

Has anyone tried one of these? Freedom Shields. They look like a real quality product and not very expensive.
