I want to see the heel rests too since I just commented on that to Twolane on the "what do you look like" thread!

TC/V,
I'll post the pics and part numbers after work today. I'm hoping to get out of here early this afternoon. Work just takes up way to much time.  :-/.

TERRY!!!  There's a ride-in bike show tomorrow in Rome!  Want to come put yours in and we'll see which one looks better??????  If not, we need to go to meet at Little River Canyon Sunday!  Or maybe Fibbers in Centre on Sunday for brunch!!  You better ride it all you can.  If HarleyDiva ever takes a class and sits on it, you might never see it again!!!

HINT:  Passengers cannot move around while on back sitting still!  It is not low to the ground or well-balanced like your Ultra. It will shift terribly!!!  But then again, you are a guy and she only weighs 100 lb. soaking wet!  My 22yo cousin only weighs 110 but I'm not a guy and only weight 20 lb. more!  It only took me 10 secs to tell her not to move around so much!  I decided I would probably need to hit the gym to build up some body strength before I take on passengers!

Mrs.WeCVO, do you ever ride with a passenger?  I wonder if MsRedHot does.  Sandy?

1.  You said a mouthful there about HarleyDiva taking over the VRod.  I know you will join me in cheering her on for that takeover.

2.  Are you  kidding me?  I would never take a passenger anywhere.  Just carrying a loaded t-bag is as much as I want on the back of my bike.  See my bike?  No passengers.....

V...tomorrow is supposed to be bad weather-wise, or so they said this AM.  I would love to see the bikes though.  I've got some things to do with the Ultra (take the fairing off and move the xm antenna and install a cord for the MP3 player on the GPS)...let me see what the weather is looking like and we might come up...or the Sunday brunch thing might be good...I'm going out to my best friend's house Sunday evening for dinner.  Damn...sounds like I'm too busy...

I'm going to let Suzanne go at her own speed about the riding thing...she enjoys being on the back and being able to look around, listen to the tunes, and soak in the ride, so I'm not sure she'll want to be driving.  We'll see...

I figured since the V had such a low center of gravity, it would be easier to have a passenger!  I'm so used to her being back there now, it feels weird when I'm by myself.  Perhaps you and Mrs.We can have  an influence on her with regards to explaining being a rider.  But, if she wants to just be in her "throne", that's fine too...I'm just glad she's enjoying herself as much as I am. Great looking ride, congrats on the delivery.

I love "Special Ed's" handle (been meaning to tell him).  Looks like his floor paint is peeling but if it is blood we need pics [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

LOL.  ;D ;D No that's not blood! My father painted the floor in his garage red quite a few years back then painted the floor gray several years ago. The gray has been peeling since. I didn't really notice it until I posted the pics. Hope it didn't cause any nightmares, [smiley=nervous.gif] now no one will ride with me.   [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

I was able to finally get out this past weekend and went up onto the Mowhawk Trail in western MA. Rode about 250 miles and yes the heel rests were a big help. Had a great ride, the weather was great up on the trail. Did spend the last hour riding back in the rain but had a good mental health day on Sunday detailing the bike.
