How do you add the link to get the youtube screen to show in the forum like the Shovelhead and Buy early posts?

I see the You Tube button but can't seem to use the correct link, or put it in the right place?

When you click the "Youtube" on lower left-hand corner of tool bar it adds two
[YT] insert youtube video link here [YT]
into text of post and you paste your link in between them
