IAM IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS UP GRADE AND IAM CUTTING THE PLATE OFF NOW
THIS IS A CVO ROAD GLIDE 2011 I DID THE TOUR PAK UP GRADE TO CHROME

It looks great! Don't know why MOCO doesn't do the Ultra's that way to start with. So much cleaner look.

Yes, I think Jim's done it to a couple of SEUCs. He also made the tour pack quick release.

MOCO probably doesn't put them on the Ultra so they can sell more Street Glides.. I know that was one of my reasons for the SG over the ultra.

looks good did you change the fender and installed a street glide one
iam trying to do it with out changing it i have yaffe plate holder coming should friday i will post some pics

No, I bought the street glide and added the tour pack, passing lamps and fairing air deflectors. I Like the SG styling more than the Ultra, but the wife wants the same type seating as the 05 Ultra.

Rear fender medallion on a 2011 Road Glide comes up as 59424-10. It will be a VIN protected part though. Will be difficult to buy unless you own a bike that uses that emblem or can come up with a VIN for one that does.

If the Street Glide doesn't come with that emblem you won't be able to get it. The VIN protection on parts ordering is model specific.

ok cut the plate holder half way up because of amp. I was going to paint it but came up with a pc of molding . I think it looks pretty good

i painted it last year did all the body work all new bumpers(rechromed ) new top needs about another $2,000 to finsh it up it will be nice driver
after i paint it i bought my cvo so it dont eat drink or ask for anything just take up space
i will get back to it
tha bag sitting on it not hurting anything for sure i know how to use a buffer if need to

Gabe..I'm contemplating the same mod on my Rio red RUSE and I've got a white on white '66 eldo sitting in my garage 90% restored. What a freakin' coincidence. Let me know if you need any caddy parts. I've got tons leftover. PJ
