Color charts for 2007 models have been at the dealerships for quite some time now.  Three colors are not designated to models, nor are the chips of the colors in the book, but these are the 3 custom colors that Harley annually does on their custom paint program for standard bikes.  Nobody knows what the CVO colors are unless they have been leaked info by corporate friends. :)

Never sure which is less enlightening.  "Facts" without sources or sources that don't matter because the facts still aren't available anyway  ;D .

As nice as that bike looked D00d it was still pretty spartan and even plain-jane compared to what have been the standards for the CVO paint sets the last few years.  Hell, if Harley were to use a straight up simple two-tone paint scheme for our bikes they could actually complete them without incident.

Our dealer has have a color chart for awhile.  Just no SE color till now.
