I'm in the process of swapping out my cracked stock handledbars (Thanks Condor) and decided to dump the Harley heated grips and go with the Heat Demons.  I'm hoping to reuse the stock grips and the right side seemed fine. I just unscrewed the cover and snipped the wires.  However, the left side has a blue cylinder that must be part of the rheostat. Does anyone know how to dissassemble and remove this so the grip will clear the Heat Demons?
