I was just going to polish my tour pack too day. And then I noticed my lid cracking from the front hinge.. Is that normal?  Is it a warranty issue.? My bike is not even one year old.

Yes, it should be a warranty issue unless there is obvious damage from striking it.

I just replaced those hinges. I did it initially as the hinges did not look right or functional. I know they have been used for years but those new ones that the dealership had sure look better and hopefully will stand up to the service.
You certainly should be covered by the warranty.

OK Thanks .....Lets hope so. I will go to the Dealer tomorrow and see.. If I need to by a new lid it will cost me a lot.. You can take the US prices time 4..At least...Lets hope fore the best.
